RUGBY CLUB TURNS THE TABLE TO HELP RALPHH

A rugby club which earlier this year received a free defibrillator from the RALPHH charity, has reciprocated by providing a donation of £120 towards the work of the national charity.

Catering for all ages, Guildford Rugby Club received RALPHH support in the depths of last winter, but the key members of the Club wanted to show their appreciation and provided the money on a visit by RALPHH Chairman Richard Allen.

“It is so gratifying that so many sports clubs that we have helped by providing equipment have later come back and provided financial support for our work,” said Richard. “This charity is entirely run on volunteer effort, so donors can be sure that any money we receive is solely put towards achieving better safeguarding and safety for the extensive number of people participating in different sports”.
