RALPHH has received an unexpected boost to its funds thanks to the efforts of two Twickenham residents. Angela Newman and Julian Marks raised £500 for the charity through the sale of plants from their house and thanks to additional purchases from the members of the Kingston-based Euphonix choir. The money raised will be used to support the provision of more defibrillators in amateur sport locations as well as in the sponsorship of cardiac testing programmes for young people in schools.

“Angela and Julian were surprised how much they were able to raise and I delighted that they determined that RALPHH would be the beneficiary. We owe them great thanls,” said the charity Chairman, Richard Allen. “We rely on donations of all size to continue our important work and am on course this year to achieve the provision of 70 defibrillators by the end of the current calendar year.”
